Grand tourers and the fast SUVs that took over their job: Aston Martin DB9, DB11 and the AM6 Vantage, Bentley Continental GT W12, Ferrari 599 GTB and California T, Maserati 4200 GT and GranTurismo, Jaguar XKR and F-Type R, two generations of BMW M6, the Mercedes-AMG GT S, Lexus RC F and LC 500, and on the SUV side the Cayenne Turbo 955, Macan Turbo, X5 M E70, ML 63 and the Urus. The price ladder runs from a first-generation Cayenne Turbo to the Lamborghini Urus, and the older V12 and V8 coupés are the ones still rising.

Counting live asks that sit above the published figure, the index reads low on the Aston Martin Vantage AM6 (20 of 20). 7 could not be read on a consistent basis, either because Germany carries fewer than ten examples or because the trim cannot be separated from a broader model population, and were carried unchanged.
