Email is the operative channel and reaches the operator directly; there is no call centre and no contact form, by design. Correspondence about this site specifically also reaches the operator at hello@drivenerve.com, the mailbox used across the drivenerve family of tools. Messages in English or Lithuanian are answered.

What this service is, and is not

• carpriceindex publishes an editorial market-price index for enthusiast cars: median asking prices, ranges, trends and a deal-checking calculator, built as described on the methodology page. No contract for goods or services is concluded through this site, and nothing here is an offer to buy or sell a vehicle.
• carpriceindex is not a valuer, appraiser, dealer, broker or financial adviser. The figures are not a valuation or appraisal of any specific vehicle and are not financial, investment, insurance, tax or purchase advice. Publishing this index is not subject to any authorisation or licensing scheme, and no supervisory authority oversees it.
• The index is free to read, carries no accounts and no trackers, and the whole dataset ships with the site so anyone can check the numbers.

Responsibility for content

The operator named above is responsible for the content of this site. Every figure is either produced by the published methodology, cited to a named source with a read date, or labelled as an editorial estimate with its as-of month. Corrections are published rather than argued with: write to the address above and, where a figure is wrong, the fix appears in the next market note with a note saying what changed.

Disputes and applicable law

• Since no consumer contracts are concluded through this site, the EU rules attaching to online sales and service contracts do not apply to your use of it. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is deliberately not linked anywhere on this site (verified 2026-09-01).
• Use of this site is governed by the terms of use. The operator is established in the Republic of Lithuania and this notice is provided under Lithuanian law implementing Directive 2000/31/EC.
• Data protection questions and rights are handled as described in the privacy policy, which names the controller and your right to complain to the Lithuanian supervisory authority.
